Beauty Pageant Promises to Be a Barrel of Laughs

The Galena High School Senior class is sponsoring a Big Man on Campus competition on Saturday, February 23 at 6:00 in the GHS gymnasium. Twelve of our distinguished Junior and Senior boys will be strutting their stuff in a Beauty Pageant - FOR GUYS!!! Each of the competitors will be judged in the following categories: Evening Gown, Talent, and Interview. Two winners will crowned at the end of the fun-filled evening - one voted on by judges and another one decided by popular vote.
Admission to the pageant is $5.00. A Silent Auction will also take place during the evening and concessions will be available. Orders for a DVD of the event will be taken for those who wish to view the pageant over and over!!! All proceeds from this event will go to help the Seniors fund their trip to San Antonio, Texas.
