Galena Seniors Honored as KU Scholars

The Kansas Honor Scholars program was created by the University of Kansas in 1971.  It's goal is to promote academic excellence at the high school level, and to reward high school seniors for their hard work and dedication to academic studies throughout their high school years.  The top 10% of seniors in each high school across the state of Kansas are honored for their academic performance.  Six Galena seniors were recently selected as KU Honor Scholars.  These students include Jordan Dunaway, Lyndsey Dixon, Meaghan Flowers, Trevor Little, Taylor Smith, and Addison Tucker.

Congratulations to our Galena High School KU Honor Scholars for excelling in their academic studies!!!
